Brian Hall
Managing Director of BHSF Employee Benefits, a multi-channel provider of Health and Wellbeing Services and Regional Chair and Chartered Director of IoD West Midlands.
A specialist in sales, marketing, product innovation, employee benefits and HR services, Brian is an expert voice in the industry, leading innovation in products and service delivery.
Jackie Hendley
Jackie undertakes a portfolio of roles, including Non Executive Director; Board Advisor and Independent Business and Tax Adviser. Her Non Executive roles include: University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and Word 360, whilst her Board Advisory role is for Wing Yip plc.
Prior to undertaking a portfolio career, she was a Partner in professional services firms for 18 years (11 at KPMG and 7 at Smith Cooper (where she transformed their Birmingham office more than quadrupling their turnover)).
Jackie is Regional Vice Chair of the West Midlands IOD; Council member of both Sutton Coldfield and Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.
April Pearson-Myatt
April is Financial Director at Top Tubes, a £40m plus steel tube manufacturer.
April differentiates herself by combining a rare complement of financial management skills with a strong business acumen, which has meant that her role often goes beyond the boundaries of that a traditional financial director.
Having worked as a Financial Director for the last 20 years for such companies as Mueller Europe and drp group, April’s career portfolio has enabled to her to work within the manufacturing, distribution, aviation, IT, and internal communications industries.
April’s experience has been gained by working with companies of turnovers between £5m - £150m, operating with the UK, Europe, America and South East Asia.
April is a keen committee member of the IoD West Midlands and is a regular member of the Warwickshire and Coventry Mastermind Group.
Joanne Hodgetts
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Joanne worked in industry, starting her career as a graduate trainee in part of a FTSE top 100 company before being head-hunted to work for a business start-up.
Tracey Paxton
Tracey is the Managing Director for BHSF Psychological Services and responsible for BHSF RISE and related services and has extensive experience of managing both public and private sector employee wellbeing services. Her combined knowledge and practical experience of being a qualified nurse, senior NHS manager, qualified workplace mediator, trauma expert and a practising cognitive behavioural psychotherapist has enabled Tracey to fully understand the practical complexities of working within the public and private sector.
Tracey is a lead reviewer for the Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services (QNFMHS). Sitting on the UK Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) National Executive Board, Tracey contributes and oversees the professional guidelines for clinicians and individuals working within the field of employee health and wellbeing.
