Bookings are now live for Harlow Holiday Lunch Clubs in half term. They offer table crafts and activities from the Red Balloon Foundation; a freshly prepared & nutritious cooked meal; and sports and games (outside where possible and weather permitting) from Changing Lives.

Yoga4Health
The Yoga4Health Yoga on Prescription 10-week programme at Moot Hall from Monday 7th June, 9:30 am to 11:30 am.  It supports NHS patients to gain self-care skills by learning yoga breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. For Mental Health Awareness week this May 10-16 Public Health England are updating their Every Mind Matters resources to help you have conversations about mental health and the things in our daily lives that can affect it.

Nature is Calling

Nature is Calling encourages people living with dementia and their supporters to:

  • Understand the health and wellbeing benefits of nature.
  • Overcome the mental and physical barriers to accessing the outdoors.
  • Offer practical guidance to build your confidence and plan your outing.

These sessions are online, and have a maximum of 10-12 people, to allow plenty of time for discussion and to ask your questions. An experienced trainer will lead the session, share research and resources, and facilitate informal discussion.
