Nature is Calling encourages people living with dementia and their supporters to:
- Understand the health and wellbeing benefits of nature.
- Overcome the mental and physical barriers to accessing the outdoors.
- Offer practical guidance to build your confidence and plan your outing.
These sessions are online, and have a maximum of 10-12 people, to allow plenty of time for discussion and to ask your questions. An experienced trainer will lead the session, share research and resources, and facilitate informal discussion.
