As Tolstoy once wrote: “Spring is the time of plans and projects.” As we approach the end of the financial year and look to welcome wonderful Spring, we are doing a big push to raise as much as possible for our much loved St Clare Hospice.

We would love to have Harlow & District Chamber of Commerce members pushing with us between now and the beginning of April. Please see below for some possible ways..

• Spring time email footer. You can make any donation the company can manage for our new email footer. Any “leftover money” in the budget at the end of the financial year? You can claim tax relief if you donate this to charity. To give you an idea of what things cost at St Clare, please see this
• £50 Challenge. The aim is to grow £50 into as much profit as possible for St Clare. From coffee mornings to cake sales, every little helps as long as it is a return on the £50! St Clare would be delighted to give you the seed funding if required.
• Any other ideas. We would love to hear from you if you have any other ideas.

All businesses that take part in the “fling” in whatever way will be mentioned on our social media platform, which has over 10,000 followers.

If you donate or raise at least £250, you automatically become part of St Clare’s Business Club and receive a “supporter of St Clare Hospice” logo for your promotional materials and your business name on our website, which has 23,000 visitors per month.
